"Electric Juice Bar Crawl" staging area at Springs Preserve in Las Vegas. Photovoltaic solar cell arrays track the sun, providing electricity to the recreational facility and four Chargepoint SAE J1772 AC Level 2 ports for recharging electric car battery packs. Elecric vehicles included Tesla Motors Model S, Porsche Panamera S E-hybrid, Chevrolet Volt, Nissan LEAF, BMW i3 ReX, Mitsubishi i-MiEV, Daimler Smart ED, Ford Focus Electric, Zero motorcycle, and an electric 1965 Mustang Fastback EV conversion. Other EV sites toured during the "Electric Juice Bar Crawl" included Clark County Government Center, Las Vegas City Hall, Tesla Motors Supercharger station, and Las Vegas Convention Center.

Composition of images show our National Drive Electric Event (visitors and owners). We had 14 EV vehicles participate in the Poolesville Day Parade. We had over 34 Electric Vehicles in the display show, including a Zero Motorcycle, BMW i3 and Tesla. We had several dealerships participate including (Mercedes-Benz - EuroMotorcars in Germantown, EuroMotorcars Germantown Smart, Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet, Coleman PowerSports of Woodbridge and Falls Church and BMW of Rockville). This photo shows the some of the many vehicles and people sharing experiences about driving Electric. There is the popular VOLT next to the newest entries the BMW i3 that can be a pure electric or Range Extended hybrid with the REX option. There is also a world record Jr Dragster made by our member Jim Wolfe tows it and travels in a rare Chrysler TEvan that still has the original 22 year old batteries and can travel as far as when it was new. We also had a lot of 2011-2015 LEAF vehicles that are the worlds largest selling electrics to the Tesla S and Roadsters that are the worlds fastest and safest. One of our members also drove his very rare FORD Transit Connect all electric.

This shot taken approximately mid event, about half an hour after the Tucson People's Climate March arrived. The participants of that activity, now integrated into the event, interact with exhibitors and others. It's hard to see details of any EVs in this particular photo, since there are so many people milling around. But that's a good thing!
