2012 Jeopardy! Kids Week Champion, Josiah Washington, was thrilled to ride in the Tesla Model S. The now 14 year old, who wants to be a roller coaster engineer, threw his hands in the air as if on a roller coaster when Tesla owner, Alan Buck, gave a brief demonstration of the Model S' acceleration.

All attendees and volunteers are required to wear face masks whenever they are within six feet of another person at all National Drive Electric Week 2021 events. Please see this information about how to improve how your mask protects you. For more information, see our in-person event safety requirements.
This event is FREE and open to the public! Parking is free in the garage.
- Exit gates will remain open from the start of the event until 3 p.m. The entrance gates will be down, but pulling a ticket will open the gates. This is necessary for any other parking patrons who leave after three and will need a ticket to exit.
- The City will move all their vehicles and we should have the entire East Side of the Garage Level 1 for Electric Vehicles and displays. There should be plenty of parking throughout the other levels of the garage.
All sponsorship proceeds, above the actual cost of the event (i.e. Event banners, T-shirts, Event giveaways, Information packet supplies) will be donated to the following organization:
