Event Description
A vehicle showcase and test drive event will be held at North Hills Commons on Wednesday, Sept. 17 in celebration of National Drive Electric Week! Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about electric vehicles, take a look at the cars and go on test drives. Local dealerships that will be participating include Bobby Murray Chevrolet, Capital Ford, Leith BMW, Leith Nissan, Smart Center Cary, Raleigh Tesla Motors and Thompson Cadillac. Additional booths will be set up by local organizations to provide information on electric vehicles and the efforts taking place across the state to help increase vehicle adoption. There will also be free food and give-a-ways!
New to electric vehicles? This is the perfect event for you! There will be experts at the event to answer questions and explain the technology to you. Best of all - you'll get to test drive one and see for yourself what makes electric vehicles so great!
Own an electric vehicle? We will have half of The Commons parking lot reserved for you to display your vehicle for visitors to view. Please register below to let us know that you will be bringing your vehicle to the event. Free t-shirt for every electric vehicle owner that brings their vehicle to the event!
