Location: | Orioles Stadium at Camden Yards 333 W Camden St Baltimore, MD 21201 |
Come join the Orioles, Electric Vehicle Institute (EVI) and electric
vehicle enthusiasts on Saturday, September 28th, as we all celebrate National Plug–In Day at the Oriole Stadium at Camden Yards
in Baltimore, Maryland. We're celebrating and taking on the division rival, the Boston Red Sox.
Come by the Community Booth -- Main Concourse, GATE D -- when the doors open around 5:30pm to learn all about
electric cars and check out some posters, balloons, t-shirts, and a raffle for
a free EVI Level 1 Charging Cord (see "Smart Cord" under the
"Products" tab here: http://ev-institute.com/products.html ). It's the
perfect opportunity to enjoy a ballgame, meet EV owners and learn all about
electric cars!
Commuting to the game with your EV? There are multiple garages nearby that offer charging stations. You can find them on Plugshare's website (http://www.plugshare.com/). Search with the zip code 21201.
There will also be a Chevrolet Spark EV provided by GM and a Tesla Model S provided by EVI in the Inner Harbor for the opening of Mummies of the World at the Maryland Science Center. EVI will be there to talk to the public about EVs and celebrate National Plug-in Day as well as promote our booth at the Orioles game later in the day.
