Event Report
The Lake Ashton EV event was a successful introduction of EVs to an over fifty-five gated community of 1600 homes. It had been advertised for 2 months in the community magazine, via community email blasts, on the "Talk of Lake Ashton" FB page and through flyers in the clubhouse and on a rotating digital screen. We also put up two large signs on the day of the event with arrows pointing to the parking lot that were seen by cars and golf carts passing by.We had a nice variety of makes and models from fifteen owners and two dealers. There was a steady stream of interested attendees with multiple questions about what's it like to own an EV. Many had detailed conversation with the owners. At the beginning of the show, a drone took a picture of the setting and parking lot - https://vimeo.com/1032682695. In this video, the owners were on the left side of the lot and the dealers on the right.
