Electric Vehicle Assn CA Central Coast invites you to join us for a family-friendly day of EVs, Sustainable Homes, for newbies or experienced, fun climate activities and learning opportunities at the Climate Fest, Sunday, Sept 22nd, featuring:
* EV Display with owners answering questions
* Info about New & Useds EVs as well as incentives to help you buy or lease
* Learn about bi-directional charging with demos of induction cooktop plugged into an F-150 Lightening with bi-di capacity
* Sustainable home appliances info, demos, induction cooktop, on-site heat pump model
* Home electrification rebate info
* Electrical professional answering questions
* Kids fun climate science activities by a science teacher
* How food choices affect the climate
* Workshops on Climate Actions one can take in their own life
* Resilient Central Coast will have info on how to get started, or your next Climate Action steps
* Enviro groups tabling with good climate info
* How to effectively contact elected officials
* Eco fashion shows
* Panel discussion on protecting the earth as spiritual practice
* Zen Center listening sessions
* State Senator John Laird will speak
* Veg and Pizza Food Trucks
