Join us for Electricarpalooza, Central Virginia’s annual celebration of National Drive Electric Week!
This event also marks the 10th anniversary of Drive Electric RVA, so we have lots of cool things planned.
Everything is happening at The Millworks, a mixed-use development in Chesterfield County. Admission is free,
but please register by clicking the button above so we can keep track of how many people are coming.
Midlothian Library, Community Room (11:30 AM-4:30 PM)
- EV policy summit with guest speaker Trip Pollard of the Southern Environmental Law Center
- Screening of “Electrified” documentary and “Charge Across America” TV special
- Panel discussion on the past, present and future of EV advocacy
- Nosh and networking breaks in between activities
- Tables with representatives from local nonprofits, including Barnetts Learning and Conceptual Complex (BLACC), Citizens' Climate Lobby, Mothers Out Front, Sierra Club Virginia Chapter, and Virginia LCV Education Fund
- Fun activities for the whole family
- Rides/test drives in the latest electric vehicles (manufacturers and models subject to change due to availability of cars)
- Rivian R1S and R1T
- Nissan Ariya
- Tesla Model 3 and Model Y
- Chevy Blazer EV, Equinox EV and Silverado EV
- Ford Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning
Coalfield Commons Place (12-5 PM)
- Electric vehicle display (see list below for cars scheduled to appear)
- E-bike display and demos by Blue Ridge Cyclery
Urban Farmhouse-Midlothian (5-6 PM)
- Free noshes on the patio
- Happy hour at the cafe
