Join us at the Electric Vehicle Expo which will be held at Lookout Point in Pocatello on Saturday September 28 from 9am to 1pm at the Portneuf Farmers Market. The EV Expo will be in the south parking lot of the Marshall Public library and will be concurrent and adjacent to the Portneuf Valley Farmer's Market at Lookout Point. Government officials will be speaking at 11:00 am.   This event is part of National Drive Electric Week. 

EV owners and their vehicles will be there to chat about what it's actually like to own an EV! The EV owners have experience driving and charging their EV and can answer questions about range, cost, maintenance, technology, the benefits of going electric, vehicle charging, and more. 

Non-profit organizations will also be there to discuss the rollout of EV charging stations across the state and how your company can transition to an EV fleet. In addition to local and regional environmental organizations, we have speakers at 11 am including Idaho Power and Idaho's Office of Energy and Mineral Resources will be there to answer questions.

We are expecting these vehicles:  Ford F-150 Lightening, Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, Kia Niro Electric, Kia Sportage Plug-in Hybrid, Chevrolet Bolt EUV, Tesla model 3, and more!

The Portneuf Resource Council (PRC) is sponsoring the Pocatello EV Expo for the third year and we expect to have robust participation with a lot of interest from the public as we have in the past two years. Last year PRC worked with Idaho Power, Idaho State University, and others to host the 2023 EV Expo. PRC is reaching out these and other organizations to help co-sponsor and table at this year's event.
