The Creation Care Ministry and Community Garden Project at Saint Matthews United Methodist Church located in Greensboro, NC is hosting our 3rd Annual Fall Festival/Healthy Eating/Environmental Fair on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 10 am to 4 pm. A non fossil fuel driven car show is a feature at our festival!
Other vendors will include: Citizens' Climate Lobby, City of Greensboro (recycling), Solar Power Now Coalition, NC Interfaith Power and Light, with a few additional invitees. There will be a shredded document drop off/collection and glass recycling onsite; (tentatively foam recycling). Other planned activities are: cuisiners/food prep demos, "trunk or treat"/bounce house for children/youth, videos, garden celebration, and pumpkin patch!
