Local Public Charging
Event ReportThis webinar reached a great deal of people, particularly from the Save Energy Coalition Newsletter. We had wonderful speakers, such as Brandon Oldham from EV Noire, Katharine Rushton from Colorado Clean Energy Fund, and Lacey Allor from Save Energy Co. Attendees learned about national programs that support workplace charging- specifically Charge@Work managed by Calstart and EVAL managed by Forth. They also learned how to leverage state grants to fund charging station installation projects, such as the Charge Ahead Colorado Grant which they can receive technical assistance on through Recharge Coaches. Resources on financing these projects were provided by the Colorado Clean Energy Fund.
Some attendees asked excellent questions, such as "how can businesses prevent ICEing of EV parking spots" and "How can I become an ambassador or advocate for implementing workplace charging at my office"
