The Williston Energy Committee is sponsoring the 2023 Williston Energy Fair on Saturday September 16, 2023, at the Allen Brook School, 497 Talcott Road, in Williston, VT. The 2023 Energy Fair is an expansion of our very successful 2022 EV Fest. The fair will again feature a large display of privately owned EVs (both full electric and plug-in hybrids). Owners of the EVs will be available to meet with the public to share their experiences of purchasing, owning and driving an EV. The 2023 Energy Fair will include a number of partner organizations who specialize in solar installations, home weatherization, cold climate heat pumps, electric lawncare devices and many more energy related products. Green Mtn Power (GMP) and Vermont Gas (VGS) will have information on energy saving products and rebates available through their utilities. The fair will feature a number of non-profits and public organizations with information on rebates, incentives and financing programs.
