Chugach Electric Association celebrated National Drive
Electric Week with GO EV AK: Growing Ownership of Electric Vehicles. This free
event was hosted at the Anchorage Museum Auditorium on September 29.

- Cold weather impacts and driving experience
- Future infrastructure plans in Alaska
There were approximately 70 people who attended the event. Each guest received a rechargeable LED lightbulb and a chance to win one of two battery-operated yard tools that were given as prizes.

Event Description
GO EV AK: Growing Ownership of Electric Vehicles in Alaska
Register for Event
Chugach will celebrate National Drive Electric Week with a forum on electric vehicles. The panel of EV experts will discuss home and public charging, incentives, electric bill impact and cost of ownership, driving experience, and future infrastructure plans in Alaska.
Guests will receive a rechargeable LED bulb (while supplies last) and will have the chance to win an electric chainsaw or an electric string trimmer. Registration is required.
