Event Report

On Saturday September 28 dozens celebrated National Plug In Day with the Sierra Club at Marshall Auto Body in Waukesha, Wisconsin. We presented clean transportation awards to Marshall Auto Body for being an electric charging site and investing in solar, to Electricharge Mobility for selling EV charging stations, and the Milwaukee Office of Sustainability for installing charging stations and promoting transit, biking and walking. Following awards, attendees viewed a wide array of EVs and hybrids, including the Tesla Model S, the Chevy Volt, the Nissan Leaf, the Honda Civic Hybrid, & the Honda Insight. In addition, participants test drove the Tesla or electric Zero or Brammo motorcycles.
