Event Report
Our City's Vice Mayro, Shelia DeCiccio, kicked off the event by giving remarks and having the drivers "beep their horns". Following her, City Commissioner Todd Weaver gave remarks and recognized our sponsors, Fields BMW Winter Park, Holler Hyundai, Audi North Orlando, and Gensis North Orlando. We had many vendors including Orange County Public Schools who brought one of their electric school buses to display. We also had 3 Moke vehicles, a 1974 Electric Citicar, and an electric van fully stocked with electric landscaping equipment. To promote the event, our staff made this video with City Commissioner Todd Weaver: Facebook. This was our second event and will continue to happen annually!

Event Description
In recognition of National Drive Electric Week, the City of Winter Park's Natural Resources & Sustainability Department will present its second annual Sustainability Fair & EV Car Show, Saturday, September 23rd, from 9 to 11 a.m. in Central Park West Meadow adjacent to the United States Post Office.
