Event Report
ACUA’s National Drive Electric Celebration was a big success! On Tuesday, September 27th, industry experts shared information about electric vehicles and incentives for NJ drivers. We were joined by Kassandra Damblu, from ChargEVC, Cathleen Lewis, from NJBPU, Kyriakos Anastasopolous, and Stephen Mazur from the South Jersey Transportation Authority. The next day, ACUA hosted an in-person EV show at the Environmental Park. Drivers, local companies, and dealerships signed up to show off their electric rides. There were over 15 cars, trucks, and EUVs, in addition to electric bicycles, motorcycles, street-legal low speed vehicles, an electric cargo van, 2 box trucks, and an electric tractor-trailer. 85 people registered to attend and participate in the two-day celebrationEvent Description
Please join ACUA for a “hybrid” EV celebration during National Drive Electric Week 2022. We’ll kick things off with a virtual webinar from industry experts on 9/27 and the next day, on 9/28, we’ll host an in-person vehicle show at ACUA in South Jersey. Join us for either event or both!
On Tuesday September
27th, ACUA will host a virtual “Lunch and Learn” at 12pm. We’ll
hear from industry experts about the latest EV developments and
incentives for drivers. The Zoom link will be avaliable closer to the
date.
The next day, on Wednesday,
September 28th, we will host our in-person EV
Show from 4pm – 6pm at ACUA’s Environmental Park (6700 Delilah Road Egg Harbor Township, NJ-
we'll be at the Geo Building, the first building on the right). Come
see local drivers and their EVs in person. Do you have an EV to
show? We welcome all types of electric vehicles and would love for you to show
off your electric ride!
