Event Report
We had an award ceremony and I presented the EAGL (Eagle) awards to the winners.
The EAGL Awards – Earth, Air, and Green Leadership. These awards recognize the efforts or results of various clubs, organizations, businesses, and individuals as a leader in their field or industry.
The EAGL Awards are in recognition for one’s
dedication to electric vehicles in one of the following areas - regional
electrification, education, legislation, financial, or EV publicity.
The EAGL Awards are part of the Fox Valley Electric Auto Association’s effort to further the understanding, use, and enjoyment of EVs in the Chicagoland area

The awards were presented at the FVEAA’s Northern National Drive Electric Week event, Saturday, September 24. This is one of two events our club produces. Our events promote ride-n-drive opportunities for the public to experience the technology and pleasure of driving an EV and asking questions of those that live the “EV grin”.
