Tri-State Creation Care will be holding Evansville, Indiana's first-ever Electric Vehicle ride-&-drive, EVs for EVV, on Oct. 2, 2022, from 4:00-7:00pm CT, at 6100 E. Lloyd Expressway.  EVs will be displayed, provided for ride-alongs, and/or available for test drives.  EVs already committed to the event include:  a Rivian e-truck; an e-motorcycle, Chevy Bolts and a Volt, Ford Mustang Mach-Es, and Tesla models 3 and S plus possibly a Y, along with new EV models being provided by auto dealers.  All EV owners are welcome to participate.  Besides electric cars, there will also be 15 various models of e-bikes to test ride, and possibly e-carts and PTVs.  EVs for EVV will be held in conjunction with the Road Knights of Evansville’s established classic/muscle vehicles cruise-in.  Event includes:  unique artist-designed trophies plus $100 prizes for the EV Best of Show and People’s Choice award winners, a photo contest with $475 in prizes, a $50 scavenger hunt, $100 attendance prizes for both attendees and EV participants, music, kids' activities, and vendor tables -- so fun for all.  Open to the public.  No registration or attendance fees, but a donation to Tri-State Creation Care is suggested for those who test drive an EV.  No fee for vendor tables either.  For further info, email acnellis@twc.com or call (not text) 812-424-6832
