Event Description

National Drive Electric Week Honk-a-Thon for 100% Clean Energy

Join students and activists for a gathering and Honk-a-Thon from 8:00 to 9:30 AM this Wednesday, September 29th to celebrate electric vehicles and advocate for a commitment to 100% clean energy in Macon. Stop by during your morning commute to sign the petition for clean energy, chat with other current (and future!) EV owners, and show off your vehicle to the press. We'll have a lot of fun signs! (E.g., "Wouldn't you rather be stuck behind a Nissan LEAF?")
