Event Report
As in the past 6 or 7 years of doing this event (plus Earth Day), the event was promoted in my Denver Post column "Real Estate Today" which reaches over 150,000 readers, plus another 50,000 readers of the same column in three local weeklies. Also importantly, we scheduled our event at the height of a monthly "SuperCruise" event, in which hundreds of classic and not-so-classic gas guzzlers are on display in neighboring parking lots (and usually in our own parking lot) or cruising up and down our 4-block-long street. Thousands of locals stroll the avenue looking at those cars with their hoods up, or set up lawn chairs along the sidewalks and watch the cars go by. As a result, hundreds of those spectators and car enthusiasts would have noticed our event and some came in to look at the EVs. Our budget is zero because I pay for the newspaper column to promote our company and our real estate listings anyway. Event Description
This is the annual electric vehicle roundup held in the parking lot of Golden Real Estate as part of the annual Metro Denver Green Homes Tour. We expect over 25 EVs and 50-plus attendees. No dealers, just EV owners happy to talk about their cars and show them off to potential EV owners.
