Presenters:

Luzita Pineda is an Equity Specialist for the Center for Sustainable Energy, working with low-to-moderate income communities to increase awareness about the benefits of driving electric. Previously, Luzita worked at a non-profit Health Center as a Policy/Civic Engagement specialist, advocating for health and human rights through legislation. She holds a B.A. in Journalism, a B.A. in Central American Studies, and a minor in Spanish Journalism from California State University, Northridge. Growing up as a daughter to immigrant Salvadoran parents, Luzita has discovered working with underserved communities to make a difference in their lives is her true passion. 

Jack Minnick serves as the Outreach Coordinator in the greater Los Angeles area for the Center for Sustainable Energy. He is part of an outreach team that covers the state of California promoting clean air initiatives and supporting electric vehicle (EV) adoption. His passion is in improving the quality of life for all Californians by reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the transportation sector.
