Event Report
Our 8th annual event was held in person and we had a great turnout. In addition to our 90 registered guests, we enjoyed foot traffic from Riedlbauer's Resort and the Glens Falls Resort across the street. No test drives were given this year but there was plenty of interest from the public. We had 20 BEVs in attendance, with virtually every model of EV present, including a rare ZENN microcar.Riedlbauer's is a German/American Resort located in the scenic Catskill mountains of NY. We also had a great time socializing, eating German food, kicking a soccer ball, hiking to the Crystal Brook Waterfall, and even launching my SpaceX model rocket.

Event Description
EV Oktoberfest in the Catskills
Come join the Capital District EV Drivers group for their 8th annual electric vehicle show, as part of National Drive Electric Week. Enjoy a multitude of battery electric vehicles on display from manufacturers such as Tesla, BMW, Chevrolet, Kia, Nissan, Hyundai, and more.
Learn all about EVs from veteran owners and enjoy the lawn show, fresh air, bier garten, and steamed clams.
Riedlbauer's is a German/American Resort located in the scenic Catskill mountains, just 40 miles south of Albany.
When: Saturday, October 3rd [rain date Sun. 4th] 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Instructions for finding us when you arrive at Riedelbauer’s. We will be set up adjacent to Nussy’s Bier Garten. When you arrive, keep going until you see their sign. Then bear left and follow the lawn signs to the show field. In other words, we will be as far into the resort as you can drive.
