Event Report
Dominion Energy sponsored a free EV ride and drive event for the public. We had 14 vehicles and asked that participants register to reserve a timeslot. All 200 timeslots were accounted for ahead of the event and many people attended without registering. Participants drove as many as five vehicles, depending on their availability. People came with friends and family which made for a very well attended event aimed at getting people behind the wheel of an EV and dispelling many common EV myths. Drive Electric RVA had an exhibit and the story was picked up by local media outlets.Event Description
Register to test drive an electric vehicle! This is a free event for participants to learn about EVs without a sales pitch. Attendees will have 12 different vehicles to choose from and will drive the car with an educated EV enthusiast. No sales tactics, just education! The event is free but please register to reserve your timeslot.
