Event Report

Considering this was Madison's first NDEW event, and we decided to participate only four weeks before the event, we had excellent support and attendance. We filled the Tesla and a Leaf and went for a test drive at least 14 times, describing the practicality and economics of an EV. I look forward to expanding test drives next year!

Also in attendance was Spark Cycle Works who displayed and gave test rides on their line of electric bicycles, as did Mark McCrate who designed and built an electric go kart.

EV owners reported excellent conversations, one on one, with participants and all felt that many were actively considering an EV.

Can't wait to do a better job promoting and organizing next year's event!
