Event Report
Holding the Colorado Springs NDEW Event in conjunction with the 7th Annual RJWAC Car Show was a great success. Students were soaking up the thrill of electrics like a sponge. Rides were going on constantly with questions galore. Proceeds from the car show are going towards scholarships for the students in the Auto Technology Program, of the Odyssey Early College & Career Options, at the Roy J Wasson Academic Center. The Auto Technician of the future, will be providing support for the transportation of the future, ELECTRICS.

Event Description
The Colorado Springs Drive Electric Week event will be held in conjunction with the 7th Annual RJWAC Car Show. The Colorado Springs EV Club will be represented with Plug-In Electric and Hybrid vehicles where owners can provide first hand answers about EV ownership. Never ridden in an electric car? Now is your chance!
In addition the Car Show will provide a wide selection of restored and modified cars. Music provided and food will be available. This event is free to the spectators and open to the public with proceeds going to student scholarships.
