More than 50 people came out to Shreveport's very first National Drive Electric Week event on Saturday, September 14, from 10am to 2pm in the Shreveport Whole Foods Market parking lot.
Attendees learned about today's widespread availability of plug-in electric vehicles and their benefits from electric vehicle owners and local dealership representatives. A variety of electric vehicles were on display including those from Audi, BMW, Honda, Jaguar and Tesla.
A number of folks even had the opportunity to go for a test ride or drive!

Event Description
Join us for Northwest Louisiana's inaugural National Drive Electric Week event on Saturday, September 14, from 10am to 2pm in the Shreveport Whole Foods Market parking lot. Learn about today's widespread availability of plug-in electric vehicles and their benefits. There will be a variety of electric vehicles on display including those from Nissan, Tesla and Audi. Learn more about these great cars and talk to people who own them and love to drive them.
This year, the "Louisiana EV Road Show" is making a stop at our #NDEW2019 event! Participate in our brief electric vehicle awareness survey and walk away with a SWEET "Louisiana EV Road Show" t-shirt!
