The second annual Fest(EV)al ("fest-eee-val") is right around the corner! The Winneshiek Energy District, Decorah Bank and Trust, KDEC100.5 FM, and KAR Auto Group welcome electric vehicle enthusiasts and inquirers to gather at the Fairgrounds for a morning of electric vehicle (EV) exploration, information, and fun.
