Event ReportWe counted over 300 visitors for this year's NDEW Fort Lauderdale. Mayor Dean Trantalis was proudly speaking about sustainability and presented a Proclamation for National Drive Electric Week Fort Lauderdale. We served more than 100 orders of vegan foods from the New Yello Cafe. Both the front and back parking lots were full of people talking and sharing their experiences with newbies and long time EV owners. We had the front parking area dedicated to Tesla and Jaguar who offered test drives and information. Inside the space we had dance performances and entertainment from a man on stilts juggling and more.

GOTTA PLAY! Yello Creative Arts and Events Center is excited to be a part of National Drive Electric Week,
September 14-22, 2019, a nationwide celebration to heighten awareness of today's widespread availability of plug-in
vehicles and highlight the benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid-electric cars, trucks, motorcycles, and more. They
are fun to drive, are less expensive and more convenient to fuel than gasoline vehicles, are better for the environment,
promote local jobs, and reduce our dependence on foreign oil. Are you considering going electric? Come talk to owners who have successfully done so!
