Fairfield, CT will once again mark National Drive Electric Week with its own special showcase of electric cars and bicycles, all available for a close-up look as well as test drives. See photos and info on last year's event.

Hosted by the Sustainable Fairfield Task Force, the fourth annual Electric Vehicle (EV) Showcase will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018, from 10am to 2pm at Fairfield Warde High School, 755 Melville Ave.  The showcase will be set up under the high school’s new solar panel-topped carports, off Knapps Highway.

The event will bring together local car dealers, electric car club members, and EV owners both local and from throughout the greater tri-state region to display the current state of the technology.  Last year’s event featured more than 40 vehicles, representing 17 different leading EV models.

Admission to the event is free; refreshments will be available on site.
