Event Description

National Drive Electric Week, September 9-17, 2017, is a nationwide celebration to heighten awareness of today's widespread availability of plug-in vehicles and highlight the benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid-electric cars, trucks, motorcycles and more.

The New Orleans Sierra Club in conjunction with EV-LA (auto group) will be hosting an EV/PHEV ride and drive event at Audubon Zoo. EV/PHEV owners will be present to share ownership experiences and offer test drives. This is a great opportunity to test out an electric vehicle without the typical dealership setting of possibly being pressured to buy. Refreshments will be served.

When: Sunday 10th, 2 PM – 5 PM at Audubon Zoo.
