Event Report
This was Aiken SC first EV show. We kept it to two hours, a bluegrass band played and a 4h robotics team, everyone had a good time.
Skipper Perry, a former State House of Representative showed up on his Segway. Two Teslas came & they carried the show. We had a hodgepodge of EVs. The two teslas, two LEAFS, Zero Motorcycle, EV converted truck, Skipper's Segway, Aiken Police Dept. Service car, golf cart with a snow cone machine on it , plus two electric bicycles. One was a EV conversion made by a high school student who is selling his EV conversion kit on the internet fastandquite.com . He also did the EV truck conversion for the truck that showed up. A news paper reporter said that this is the type of kid who is going to invent the warp drive.
