Event Report
We had a nice spot in the parking lot of a Hannaford Supermarket which has EVgo Level 2 and DC Fast Charging available. A mix of vehicles, including Nissan LEAFs, Ford CMax Energi, Smart ED, Chevrolet Volts, VW e-Golfs, and a Honda Accord Plug-in Hybrid. Signage along the busy Marshall Avenue alerted people to the event and many test drives and rides were given with smiles around. Many of the public joining for the ride and drive were actively shopping for an EV, including a few VW diesel owners.

Event Description
The Drive Electric Vermont team invites you to join us for National Drive Electric Week 2016! 
We will be at the Williston Hannaford Supermarket off Marshall Avenue from 10 am - 1:30 pm on Sunday, September 11.
Please click the "Register" button above if you'd like to join. We especially want to hear if you'd like to volunteer to bring a car for display, rides and/or drives.
This event is also shareable from our Facebook page.
The Hannaford parking lot has Green Mountain Power EVgo charging (level 2 and DC Fast Charging) available.
Test rides and/or drives of several vehicles are expected to be available. A map of the suggested 1.6 mile Ride and Drive route is below.
We are also partnering on two additional events with Burlington Electric Department on Tuesday, 9/13, and at the University of Vermont with the Vermont Clean Cities Coalition on Wednesday, 9/14:
