Event Report

This was a wonderful day. Although our Gov Paul LePage is not interested in solar, wind or hydro projects, he is interested in EVs. His spokesman Patrick Woodcock did discuss an infrastructure corridor from Quebec to Portland, Maine where charging stations will be equipped by the end of 2017. This is very exciting as we have a great number of Canadians visiting the coast of Maine during the summer season. Also the Mayor of South Portland, Maine also spoke about the number of EVs the city. They are purchasing for municipal use (a small fleet of 5 Nissan Leafs). He also discuss the many charging stations being deployed throughout the city. Also our Hannaford supermarket chain has completed the installation of DC fast charging & Nissan charging at 4 locations in Maine. Maine is getting on board.
