Event Report

We had a good turnout. Our event was split in to two activities. We had a "car show" where attendees who brought their EV sat by their car and spoke to other enthusiasts and other visitors interested in learning about EV's. The other activity was "educational forums", a line of guest speakers spoke about a variety of topics. We heard about upcoming legislative amendments in the state of Florida related to EV's and sustainability in general; tips for finding the right EV for you, using the Central Florida solar co-op for purchasing residential/business solar, and all about the amazing work happening in the City of Orlando through the GreenWorks initiative. Thank you to Brian Macon, Terry Laplante, Goering Castro, Derek Grozio and Chris Castro for sharing with us.
