This was the Clean Air Day event hosted by the city of Sacramento, CA. In addition to owners sharing their EV and electric driving experience, we were joined by a full size electric disposal truck (AKA garbage truck.)Picture by Guy Hall. Photo may be used without restrictions.

Event Description
Join SacEV, Sacramento Air District discovering the benefits, fun and opportunities of new and used electric cars. Shop local vendors, learn about air quality, enjoy live performances, giveaways, anid helpful resources like bike repair and free compost pails—don't miss out!
Event Features:
The Air District participates in California's annual Clean Air Day, an initiative by the Coalition for Clean Air that drives collective action to improve community health each year through a unified day of action. Organizations host events leading up to Clean Air Day each year to encourage participation in the Clean Air Pledge. The Clean Air Pledge allows individuals and organizations to commit to doing their part to clear the air, through actions big and small.
Event Features:
- EV Owners on hand to answer questions and share their family's EV experience
- Spare The Air Scooter appearance. Bring the kids and get a fun photo!
- Performances by Teatro Nagual
- Sacramento Area Bicycling Advocates (SABA) free bike repair station
- On-site prize drawing at 11:30 a.m. Must be present to win.
