Event Report
Our booth and display of cars were part of a community fall festival event. There was live music, food and games. We had several hundred people attend the event. However, the weather was terrible (misty/light rain and cold), so there was certainly not as much attendance as we'd hoped. We also learned that simply having a booth didn't mean attendees would come over and engage. So, next year, we plan to create more handouts, sandwich boards and/or T-shirts to wear to mingle and bring people to the booth. Finally, we found that many people thought we were selling cars, so we needed to have clearer signage that stated the purpose of why we were there and drew people in.
