Event Report
The first ever Watsonville Ride and Drive was a great success! We featured E-mobility of all kinds with 13 Electric Vehicles for Test Drive, 10 display EVs, 8 E-bikes for Demo, and E-motorcycles on display. It was especially meaningful to see people who showed up to test drive EVs also give e-bikes a try and vice versa. Families of all ages were engaged and enthusiastic about sustainable transportation options. The most popular vehicles for test-drive were the Honda Prologue, Ford Mach-E, and the Hummer EV. EV owners appreciated the option to show their vehicle on display and talk to potential EV owners about the daily reality of driving and charging electric in our region.Special thanks to our event sponsors: Central Coast Community Energy, GM Climate Fund, PG&E, Electrify America, GRID Alternatives, Access Clean California, Community Environmental Council of Santa Barbara

Event Description
EVs for Everyone is a Program of Ecology Action and has been hosting EV Ride and Drive events in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties for over a decade.
We are proud to present our very first EV Ride and Drive and Display Show in Watsonville.
We will present a wide variety of EVs from local dealership for test drive/ride.
We are also inviting local EV owners to display their EVs and have conversation with interested future EV owners.
This event will be a fun-filled celebration for families and include e-bike and bike safety information.
We will have food trucks on site and partner organizations providing valuable resources and activities for residents of Watsonville and surrounding communities.
