Event Description
Come join us at Harbor Park on Saturday, September 12, for an Electric Vehicle (EV) Tailgate Party and Ride and Drive!
Pictures from 2014 NDEW Event at CCSU, New Britain, CT
Park as close to the river as possible. Several Level 1 charging outlets are available with Level 2 charging available near by. Test Drive a new Electric Car.
Have an Electric Vehicle (or Plug-in)? Bring your EV/Plug-In to the event to show it off and answer questions. The charging station will be available to recharge while you're there!
Want to learn more about owning an EV/Plug-In? Come visit and ask real owners about their experiences.
Mercy High School- Tech Tigers Robotics Mercy's Robotics team will bring their Electric Powered Robot for demonstrations and "Test Drives" Come see their robot in action!
Ford Pinto For those of us who remember Ford's 1970's answer to fuel economy. Come see a Ford Pinto converted into an electric car!

Directions to Harbor Park; On Route 9, take exit for Route 66 and turn South on first left to DeKovan. Continue to fifth intersection and turn left onto Union Street. Go under the overpass and turn left onto Harbor Drive and follow white NDEW lawn signs to our event! Reserved parking for EV/Plug-in EV owners on the grass. Look for our green and white NDEW sign!
