Local nonprofit Tri-State Creation Care is hosting its third annual EVs for EVV from Noon-4pm CT on Sat., Sept. 28, on the grounds of Eykamp Scout Center at 3501 E. Lloyd Expressway in Evansville. This electric vehicle cruise-in, coupled with test drives and ride-alongs, is free and open to the public (although a $10 donation is suggested for each test drive or ride-along taken).

Auto dealers will be bringing various makes of new EVs for adult attendees to test drive. Plus EV owners will have their vehicles participating in the cruise-in portion. And there will be e-bikes, e-carts and battery-operated lawn & garden equipment to check out.

But there also will be entertainment for the whole family to enjoy:  robotics demonstrations, music bands, vendors, food trucks, local Celebrity Drivers (10 local notables who will lead off the day’s test drives), kids’ activities and an inflatable bouncy house, and the nearby Master Gardeners Display Garden to stroll through.

Please join Tri-State Creation Care at EVs for EVV, as it promotes good stewardship practices to leave this Earth more habitable for our children, grandchildren, and future generations of all species.
