What a magical day in the 'Boro! Music, stories, authors, pet adoptions, children’s activities and families making new friends at the BRCM playground, and of course electric cars and a bus on display. Yes, an all-electric school bus, one of eight(!) now in use by the city, was a hit with the younger visitors as they got to climb on board and sit wherever they wanted.
With thanks to Stone Soup Books at South River for organizing the "Think Paws-itive" event, the volunteers bringing out the sweet doggies from the local shelter, the Waynesboro Public School department, the Blue Ridge Children's Museum, Free Range Electric, Virginia Clean Cities, and our EV owners/drivers.

Come on out down and talk to EV owners, see vehicles on display, and learn about the latest in EV technology. You'll find the cars lined up under the child-inspired mural by Chicho along the side of the building, directly across Short Street from the large "Kaiya" mural by Nils on the old ice house building. While there head to Stone Soup Books next store, at 150 Race Ave, featuring Kimchi Juice's mural facing the park, and share some love with the dogs gathered for adoption day in conjunction with the local shelter. While you do all this, little ones can play on the slide, labyrinth, and more at the natural playground space between the two buildings. http://driveelectricshenandoah.org/
