Event Report
Our 10th annual National Drive Electric Week celebration was a great success. We interacted with more than 80 people who attended the Dorey Park Farmers Market, offered rides in an BMW i4 and had a display of 11 EVs where their owners shared their experiences going electric.

Find out more about the electric vehicles on the market and how they can benefit your wallet, your drive, and the environment at Electricarpalooza 2023. Richmond’s 10th annual celebration of National Drive Electric Week will offer a variety of activities for the whole family.
The focal point of the event will be an eclectic display of electric vehicles (see updated list below). Find out from the people who drive these cars what going electric is really like. You can also win prizes by playing EV Bingo.
Other activities include:
- Ride and drives in EVs from Tesla Richmond, Crown Mini of Richmond, and Hart Nissan
- Electric school bus from Chesterfield County Public Schools
- Micromobility display, including a Swincar all-terrain EV from France
- Diecast car racing and drawing the car of the future for children
- Go Electric & Save trivia game for adults
- Discounts on detailing services from BrightMod
