We didn't have any specific speakers.  The event was done in partnership with EVADC, in that we promoted it on the EVADC calendar at https://evadc.wildapricot.org/Events/ and used the opportunity to distribute our EV Info sheet.  We had a Model Y, Chevy Bolt and F-150 Lightning, so three price levels and two vehicle types.  There are not many Lightnings around yet, so that was a big draw.

I had my eye on the Olney Farmers Market for a while, since I wanted to do a smaller scale, more intimate event.  I "cold emailed" the market, and sent some photos of previous events at other places, so they would know what it looked like.  I was careful to say the vehicles would be static, not for sale, and done for educational purposes, so that the farmers market wouldn't be scared off.  They were obliging, and I gave them the choice of the first or second NDEW Sunday.  They picked our spot and offered us one of their tables, and since it was a one-time event, gave us the space for free.

I can see doing the same thing for Earth Day, since this event was successful.
