Event Report
This was our largest event to date and we had the mayor of Kaukauna come and discuss the charging opportunities in the city, and future plans for more free chargers in Kaukauna. The mayor also gave a proclamation at the event and to the city council meeting. Also, we had the director from Kaukauna Electric come and talk about their future plans about installing free chargers around the city for electric cars. We had a great turnout. Our most popular car was the Rivian, we also had a Kia EV6 as one of the participants, and then we also had a Chevy spark and an IMIEV. This year we split up the cars into two groups, one group was on the hill in the park visible from the street and were available for display. The other group was on the street parked and ready for test rides and test drives. The Rivian was very popular in giving out test rides. We plan to do the event again next year and we got a pledge from kaukaun Electric that they will promote the event at all shows and picnics that will be in electric park starting in June 2023.

Event Description
I look forward to being captain again this year as we return to Hydro Park for another exciting electric car showcase for drive Electric week. Last year we had a very good turnout and it's all done in conjunction with a farmers market. So we have people that have to walk past our cars to go shopping in the morning. Once again, the Kaukauna Electric company will be partnering with us and they will be supplying a charger that is solar, powered and water-powered.
