Winter Park Mayor, Phil Anderson, proclaimed drive electric week in Winter Park and Vice Mayor, Todd Weaver, spoke about his experience owning an electric vehicle.We would like to thank our sponsors Holler Hyundai and Audi North Orlando for helping fund this successful event.
This event had a wide array of electric vehicles, including Teslas, Nissan LEAFs, Rivian trucks, electric porches, and an electric Sebring Vanguard Citicar from 1974. We also had an 100% electric tow boat from Nautique.

Event Description
In recognition of National Drive Electric
Week, the city’s Natural Resources & Sustainability Department
will present its inaugural Sustainability Fair & EV Car Show,
Saturday, September 24, from 9 to 11 a.m. in Central Park
West Meadow adjacent to the United States Post Office. City
officials will share remarks at 9:30 a.m.
In addition to electric bicycles, motorcycles and over 30 electric vehicles on display, the event
will feature an array of sustainability vendors such as 15 lightyears, ChargePoint, Keep Winter
Park Beautiful & Sustainable Advisory Board, League of Women Voters of Orange County, and
Winter Park Library. To help everyone stay cool as they learn about current sustainability best
practices, FREE Kona Ice® will be offered in all their delicious flavors.
Since Winter Park is proud of its pristine chain of lakes, a special feature will be the display of a
Super Air Nautique GS22E ski boat. This first of its kind, revolutionary, full-electric, multi-sport
towboat powered by Ingenity delivers the ultimate on-water experience with zero emissions. It
was also awarded Boat of the Year 2021 by Boating Magazine
