Event Description
Community Environmental Council (CEC) will host a National Drive Electric Week EV Showcase at the Goleta Farmer’s Market on
Sunday, September 26, 2021, from 10:00AM – 2:00PM in the Camino Real Marketplace.
Visit us at our booth space in the main market to learn more about how CEC can help you get into an EV!
We can help you explore EV makes & models, EV charging in public or at home, bringing EV charging to your workplace or multi-family residence, and state and local incentives that are currently available to help make EVs affordable for everyone.
AND
Visit our EV Showcase in the main parking lot (adjacent to the Farmer’s Market) where CEC staff and volunteer community members
will have their EVs on display and will be ready to share their EV experience with you!
New addition!
CEC is collaborating with Traffic Solutions’ EZBike Project to bring electric bikes to this special event.
Visit the EZBike Project booth and e-bike showcase in the main market. Staff will offer advice on e-bike styles and technology and showcase several different e-bike styles and brands, including cargo bikes, cruisers, folding bikes, and city bikes. Participants will be invited to take an e-bike for a demo ride on neighboring streets and receive instruction on operation and safety.
