Event Report

NCCETC hosted a NDEW tailgate and EV show at the NC State Clemson football game.  The weather was great and it was an exciting game with NC State winning in double OT.  We had two displays outside the stadium with a total of 18 EVs on display.  This year was very tough to get vehicles with the supply chain and chip shortage issues.  However, local owners came through and saved the day, as did Volvo Cars USA.  We had great variety of vehicles, We had in game videos and announcements during the game to a capacity crowd of 57, 000.  The vent was promoted through NC Sports Marketing of radio, social media and website, NCCETC channels and ESPN Radio.
