Event Report

Barry Woods is a director of PlugIn America and chief organizer. As our MC of the event he discussed the benefits of EVs with target emphasis on Maine.

Mayor Misha Pride spoke about the collaboration between the cities of Portland and South Portland , Maine and their combined efforts to be carbon neutral. Moving all municipal vehicles to electric and energy power to solar.

Keith Carson is a local celebrity on our nightly local NBC affiliate. He purchased a Kia Niro and explained why EVs are a no-brainer and his experience with one.

Amanda Seigal from Efficiencymaine.com explained the financial credits available to Mainers and their EV purchases.

South Portland Community Center, 21 Nelson Road

LIVE and In-Person

This annual event allows EV enthusiasts to get updated on what the State of Maine has done for the past year and what lies ahead. EV charging infrastructure is ever-changing. This is an opportunity to see what new vehicles are available and talk to owners and leaders in the industry.

Live and In-Person beverages provided, talk to EV drivers, talk to dealers, e-bikes, give-aways!

SOCIAL DISTANCING OF 6 FEET WILL BE ENFORCED

WINDOWS IN TEST DRIVE VEHICLES WILL BE DOWN TO ENSURE PROPER AIRFLOW

and ANY FOOD WE SERVE WILL BE INDIVIDUALLY PRE-PACKAGED. THANK YOU
