This event is FREE and open to the public!  Parking is free in the garage. 

Parking Notes:

• Exit gates will remain open from the start of the event until 3 p.m. The entrance gates will be down, but pulling a ticket will open the gates. This is necessary for any other parking patrons who leave after three and will need a ticket to exit.
  
• The City will move all their vehicles and we should have the entire East Side of the Garage Level 1 for Electric Vehicles and displays.  There should be plenty of parking throughout the other levels of the garage.

All sponsorship proceeds, above the actual cost of the event (i.e.  Event banners, T-shirts, Event giveaways, Information packet supplies) will be donated to the following organization:

I have tested this route and it is 1.1 miles (mostly right turns) and takes less than 5 minutes.  Be careful with your speed coming up Hampton Street we will be in front of the Police Headquarters!  You may alter your route if you like.
