Event Report
Thanks to everyone who helped with and attended our third annual NDEW event. We couldn't do it without our Librarian, Keith Housewright, our Library Treasurer, Cheryl Brinkman, David Andrew, our Nissan Leaf and charging map expert, and the great folks at NDEW! We had a beautiful day, refreshments, great cars and company and social distancing and masks. We had a great time We were prominently and extensively covered, with lots of photos, in (all) 3 local newspapers. See you all next year! Frank Buckingham, DVM

Event Description
Welcome to our annual Drive Electric Week event here in Carlyle Illinois! Located a few blocks from Carlyle Lake, in beautiful Carlyle Illinois. The Case-Halstead Public Library is once again hosting. We will have plenty of cars to see and refreshments as well. Please bring your questions and visit with happy and enthusiastic plug-in car owners ready to tell you about their "ride". We will be wearing masks and practicing social distancing.
The event starts at 10AM in the library parking lot. Our modern and beautifully designed library building will be open for a tour if you like. There is one Level 2 charger and we have several extra wall outlets if anyone needs those. We have cars from several manufacturers scheduled to appear so you can compare and learn. This is our third year and it has always been a great turn out.
