Event Report

We had a great first NDEW at Laurel Market in Pitman, NJ! We had quite a few Tesla models, a Nissan Leaf, Chevy Bolt and a Volkswagen E-golf. Gave a few test drives, had fun activities for kids (kid’s loved the potato battery!) and Environment New Jersey stopped by with great giveaways and information on green energy. The local Nissan dealer offered Leaf test drives too. Can’t wait to host another event next year!

Quite a few Tesla owners and EV owners came out to support our 1st NDEW event! Kid’s loved the potato battery and “guess how many batteries” in a container to win Tesla matchbox cars.

Event Description

Delaware Valley Tesla Owners Club has partnered with Laurel Market to have Tesla owners bring their vehicles to spark interest in the local community about electric cars. We will have Tesla cars with their owners to answer questions and show how fun it is to drive electric cars. Also, Environment New Jersey will be available to answer any questions regarding going green.

Representatives from Cherry Hill Tesla and Woodbury Nissan will be onsite to offer test drives!

Giveaways and a few fun activities for kids to get them excited about green energy!
