Event Report
We had two major highlights at our event:
First, we had a great diversity of cars! We participated in an event last year that only had Teslas, and while I love Teslas, the don't exactly fit the socio-economic demographic of our region. This year we had a host of EVs and people really were interested in learning about cars they could afford.
Second, seeing all the kids check out the cars was amazing. Younger generations are going to grow up expecting cars to be EVs, and it was awesome to be a part of getting them excited about the future of transportation!
Event Description
A group of EV enthusiasts will have an EV car show at the Nampa Farmer's Market on Saturday, September 21st. The full vehicle list is still being determined, but our goal is to have a range of vehicle types from multiple automakers. The event will capitalize on the traffic at the farmer's market, and EV owners will be on site to tell attendees about their personal experience with owning an EV.
